Chapel Hill’s Tree Protection Regulations Adds More Restrictions to Multifamily, Commercial & Mixed-Use Developments
The Town Council voted 6-1 @ their 12/6 meeting to require "tree canopy" standards for certain properties within town limits. The new rules will take effect March 1, 2011.
